With a flathead screwdriver. I lost over $150 in gas, was late to work too many times for having to get gas in the morning, and spent a hell of alot of money on locking gas caps. not the cheap plastic nes, either. When he got caught he admitted to over 200 cars in less than a year. The ones he couldn’t pry, he drilled a small hole in with a Dremel and siphoned.”
