It’s real. These are worn-out and damaged banknotes that the national bank takes out of circulation and replaces with new ones each year.

Nope, these are just banknotes that are too worn to keep in circulation. They are continuously replaced with new ones.

I notice he fastened his license plate to the grille. The plastic license plate frame on my front bumper, over a few years, eventually shattered. Probably as a result of everyone doing parallel parking like amusement park bumper cars.

Only the strong park there too. I have never seen as many smacked and scratched bumpers anywhere else. Many cars actually have rubber aprons dangling from the trunks in an attempt to protect the bumpers. Apparently parallel parking in NYC involves bumping the car in front of and behind you. If you asked me, this is a NYC taxi WIN.
