Only the strong park there too. I have never seen as many smacked and scratched bumpers anywhere else. Many cars actually have rubber aprons dangling from the trunks in an attempt to protect the bumpers. Apparently parallel parking in NYC involves bumping the car in front of and behind you. If you asked me, this is a NYC taxi WIN.
I notice he fastened his license plate to the grille. The plastic license plate frame on my front bumper, over a few years, eventually shattered. Probably as a result of everyone doing parallel parking like amusement park bumper cars.

Notice the jumper cable plug in the grill. This is a push car for a service station. also sent out for jump starts, out of gas calls, lock outs, etc.
