total fail by whoever posted …used to work with driveways and tarmac …if you notice the black paint like marks on the otherwise clean kerb it clearly shows that this is a form of ” paint on tarmac” its used to give a new shiny black layer to old tarmac driveways or to blacken concrete its very messy and sticky and cant be walked upon …i would have used bits of timber to mark straight lines like that too have a neat finishing line
Yup, looks like a boundary board for a freshly applied slurry coat. It can be used with grit to return traction to a smooth surface, can restore water-sheeting action to a cracked pavement that does not exhibit excessive rutting or potholing. It is also extremely inexpensive compared to an overlay.
It’s pretty much a given that a LOT of the people who post and comment on these pictures have no idea whatsoever what they’re talking about
