Some fix for fun. Some fix out of necessity. Some fix out of desperation. Jan Vormann fixes for the sake of art. Dispatchwork, where he uses Legos as a patching device, is the most famous of his many installations has been featured on TIFI before. Here are a few of his best works.

The project has been ongoing for a couple of years now, and Jan has installed the little pieces in almost 30 cities around the world. He even encourages fans to create their own works and them in.

We don’t verbs around here.
I have some basic Lego’s lying around. This is very tempting.
I’ve suspected this is how those 300k condos pop up all over town so fast~!
Hmm… Legos and super glue compared to Bricks and mortar…. I choose LEGOS!!!
The 4th pic : Really looks like CS_Italy’s tunnel IRL (with a door)
Goddamnit… the graphics are glitching again… We really gotta fix the textures…. It confuses people when they are walking down the street, and there’s a bunch of bright colors instead of a hole, really breaks the immersion.
the world’s macroblocking again, better check the connection
cool but is it art?
Shopped. I can tell by the pixels. Also I have seen a few shops in my day.
definitely not, go to his website, dispatchwork
after the earthquake they are rebuilding haity even stronger than before
Great Idea, everybody who has LEGO from his childhood should gather these and send these to Haity
