    From looking at it, I think it could even be more impressive for the eyes than it is for your arms:
    If you think that wood normally has a density of about 1 kg / l (assume it is water for now) and iron/steel has a density of about 8 kg / l, the above weights can’t be much more than 200kg, probably less – nothing that is impossible.

    See, this I don’t get. This is, by every definition, a Kludge. It’s a bunch of things put together in a way to serve a purpose other than their intended purpose.

    It is a kludge. You list it as not a kludge. Something that’s a manufactured product? You list as a kludge. Why?

    As any serious fitness guru wood tell you, it’s important to keep a log of your exercise routine, especially if you want to branch out, or even if you’re just trying to turn over a new leaf. Forgetting about that kind of thing will just leaf you to bark up the wrong tree, as you’ll not have put down any roots into your exercises.
