This brings a whole new meaning to the singing telegram.
I already knew eBay rocked. But now it rolls, swings, jams, bumps, pops, blasts, kicks, and makes you want to shake your booty!
Boombox – yur doin it rite.
This isn’t the boom box I had in mind.
I know somewhere in that room is an 8 track tape player with a busted handle.
The Dyn-O-Mite 8!!!
this is no good, im gay and dont like this or justins music
I don’t care for these new speakers at all. The music sounds a bit boxy. If that wasn’t enough, the speakers only play music once an auction ends and only for the highest bidder.
KludgeWorks Audio Desgn: Mailing it in.
D’oh!

I bet these deliver great sound. First class, in fact.
Nice post! Ha ha ha!
Nah, I bet they sound pretty flat rate.
If it fits, it ships!
Home tweeter (theatre) in a box!
I wonder what breed of dog they have.
Boxer
Looks like they are available on Ebay.
Q. But How Do MP3s Get Mailed To It?
A. You buy mp3s on ebay and the speaker playes them instantly (with no shipping charge even!)
Nice, but unfortunately cardboard doesn’t have very good acoustical properties. It would be better to use a more rigid material; you would get better frequency response and a clearer sound with wood or stiffer plastic storage boxes… But regardless; nice one.
The ironic thing is I used to design and build speakers semi-professionally. I made these specifically for their ghetto-tastic properties. This is one of those “Don’t-give-a-damn” projects I enjoy so much. The cones/tweeters were left by the previous residents and I needed some throwaway shop speakers.
Now if only all deliveries were at the speed of sound
I’d call that a federal offense!
Somewhere, Cliff Clavin is having a heart attack.
I DID THAT ONCE! Though it was only one speaker…
good thing you used screws of those things would really suck
nah, i’d call that badass wiring for cheap! =]
how is that going to fit through the tubes?
wow, i’ve acutally done something like this before!
