This is Twilight-Zone level of incomprehensible. I’ll assume I’m the only one who is completely baffled and walk away slowly.

    • Sesoron says:

Oh crap, I get it now. Higher resolution would have helped, though. Still no idea what “scratching it with soccer gear” is supposed to imply.

  2. elg3 says:

    The handyman’s (and woman’s) secret weapon …

  3. Chesehd says:

I don’t get it. What’s the Kludge? All I see is a minivan with scratches.

  4. A Random Pooka says:

Nah, there’s no WAY it can rust now! That tape won’t hold water against the paint! They should have made sure to do this in a dry garage and then put a clear coat of packing tape over the duct tape!! Foolish soccer parents!!

SHWEET DUCK TAPE!! Yup, duck not duct. duh! See now if I were them tho I’d be pissed if I didn’t get paid for this. These kids in my class back in high school got these huge scholarships for wearing a prom dress and tux made entirely out of duct tape. I’d say the unbearable uncomfortableness of that would be worth the $$$.

  31. jinxed: The DPH fairy that hails from texas says:

This is a new technique in the paint job industry. If the person doesn’t like the new color on their car, they can simply remove the tape and go back to the previous color.
