I totally get this fix! My neighbor broke the handle off her oven (well, a workman did) and it cost her (workman) $100 to replace just the handle – it’s a piece of plastic!

Nicely handled. Looks good, and is certainly no more flammable than the plastic it replaces.
This oven comes with a built-in timer: when the burning handle sets off the smoke alarm, your goose is cooked!

Is nobody else thinking of Morn from Star Trek: DS9?! When a stove/oven combination is named that, it can expect to be a little peculiar, right?
I don’t know if I should make a Moron joke or one about using the handle as kindling if the oven stops working. Do you think his friends will ever stop teasing him?
Ironically, this is actually the better option ! In addition to looking (imo) really cool, because it’s wood, it wouldn’t be hot to touch if the oven got really hot.

I somehow find it funny the brand is called “Morn”… I don’t know why.
It´s “Mora” and in our language it means “nightmare”, but it can maybe shortened from “Morava” as a origin place…
Although the choice to use walnut instead of red oak was pretty smart, I can’t help but notice that the brand name of the stove is remarkably close to my 1st thought. (Moron)
