Hmmm… Most guys would ‘compensate’ by getting a bigger car.
nice
HOLY CRAP LOOK AT THAT CAR!
I can haz? pweez?
what is it?
It’s a G-Wiz. http://www.goingreen.co.uk
The Warszawskis got tired of spending money on a Christmas tree every year so they decided to build a home addition around the pine tree in the front yard.
You Win the Intertuubz!!!
I didn’t even notice the tree until I read this comment. I kept wondering what the kludge was? The garage that doesn’t match? The tiny car? The door that looks like it doesn’t belong? Wow, can’t believe I didn’t notice the branches.
The garage door does appear to be a curtain…
Damn. I had to look again to see whether they’d just stuck random branches on the roof and wedged them in place on the walls by slamming windows shut or simply crammed the big tree the hell on in there. I’m not sure which I’d like better… CamaroRob – that’s about what it appears to have happened, the more I look at it.
Husband cut a blue spruce once that was 30 feet high. By the time he drug it to the house (about 1/2 mile) and trimmed it to fit the living room it took up the entire room! We had to move all the furniture out of the room. He kept cutting from the top and then the bottom etc. It was an amazing tree! He did it to be silly with kids who were little then.
Holy hell, I literally didn’t even see the car at first, and didn’t know what the picture was about! Good thing I have my trusty magnifying glass handy!
This was done on purpose. The tree was cut up and placed out of windows and on the roof to give the illusion of a tree too big for the house.
…Really ? Thanks for the heads up !
Oh, my bad.
Must be the result of this;

Mr. Bean!
Guess you could say it was a tree house.
Yeah, it’s the result of Jacob’s link. They don’t have the Kludge photo in that blog post, and I’ve lost the link that did have it, but the guy took the tree home, cut it into three pieces, and created the optical illusion you see before you.
I’m pretty sure this doesn’t count as a kludge.

“National Lampoon” comment win!
“Looks GREAT! Little full; lotta sap.”
I like that. Not as much as the computer tree, but I like that.
Reminds me of my Uncle’s aluminum tree. I believe it was 9 or 10 feet tall!
Looks like Clark over did it again…
Wayne Szalinski’s house. “Honey, I Shrunk the Car. Oh, and Honey, I Blew Up the Tree”
So did they carry the tree home on top of the car?
the whole thing is here: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1235628/G-Wiz-Man-tows-50ft-Christmas-tree-tiny-electric-car–creates-amazing-optical-illusion.html
but what I don’t get is, how come they *gave* him this huge, and hugely expensive, tree??
It was done last christmas in Dorset, England. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/dorset/7785019.stm
It’s a little full.
Lotta sap in here! Mmmm… Looks great!
Makes up for this nearby, bizarre creation, I suppose: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1231160/Health-safety-forces-council-swap-traditional-Christmas-tree-14-000-traffic-cone.html
I don’t understand how they got a tree that big in the house?
I want this car NOW! And yeah, taking off the roof and floors just to put a Christmas tree in is EPIC.
It’s not going on the lawn, Russ, it’s going in our living room.
Did you ever read the children’s book called “Mr. Wilabe’s Christmas Tree?” Mr. Wilabe had the sense to cut off the top his too tall tree. The top was then shared with the up-stairs maid, Mrs. Adelaide who also cut the top off. Before the story ends, several animals including a fox, bear and mouse family also get a piece of the tree. In the end… “And wasn’t it nice to have a tree exactly like Mr. Willabe.”
They probably used up the potion trying to fit into their car.
Haha. It was the ‘Eat me’ that made Alice shrink~
i live right near here!!
Were did the rabbit go? is he in there too?
Contrary to popular belief, that tree is only 10 ft tall. And yes Waldo is there.
