That door opens out. Look at the stop plates bolted to the door frame on the handle side.
What is so funny? It’s ADA compliant. Grab bar, 17″ toilet, toilet paper holder in the right spot. Even the door is the right width….

Hey everyone. Submitter here. Steve is right. This is the ENGINEERING BUILDING at Fairmont State in WV. Also, it was built less than three years ago. Sad but true…
