  1. Muff Master says:

Sorry kids, we had to use one of your gifts to support the Christmas tree.

  2. Me says:

I need to swipe some Legos from a neighbor’s kid. Why don’t they sell replacements for the table top trees? Oh yeah…cause I paid a buck for the tree to begin with!

  3. Daniel says:

I know the gifts go under the tree but this is carrying it a bit too far.

  4. Jompe71 says:

There are to many special pieces in todays lego boxes!
This “LEGO Technics no.4351″ could have done without that special part which looks like a broken christmas tree foot.

  5. Matt says:

I wonder if they rebuild it every year, or if they put the whole assembly in the closet.

  6. erkkilaron says:

Their not hooked on Legos are they?

  7. Pat says:

What can’t you do with LEGO?

  8. Tweek says:

Nothing says “the spirit of Christmas” like LEGO.

  9. K says:

This is missing the little LEGO guys placed as if they put this all together.

  10. tahrey says:

Ah, so THAT’S who had our excellent, if ancient, 4’6″ plastic tree after the leg broke and we decided (stupidly ;D) to go all-natural from then on. Mighta known it wasn’t just thrown away. Mother can’t be trusted to chuck anything properly on the landfill – if there’s a chance it can be reused, she’ll foist it on some poor unsuspecting charity shop.

Good to see it had a happy ending this time.

…wonder if they got the wonderful ;,( shiny-plastic-flower blinkenlights that went with it, and bodged those to keep running somehow too…

PS, sooner random bits of Technic (finally it has a true purpose besides mutating trucks and purely random mechanisms… it’s Baby’s First Kludge, really) escaping and ending up under your feet, than endless bloody pine needles that get progressively drier and harder and hang around until february.

  11. NeedPlumbing says:

What we don’t see is the Erector Set lights and ornaments.

  12. Paddy says:

    That. Is. Awesome. Period.

  13. husabob says:

as Johnny Carson woulda said.. “Four words: too much spare time”.

  14. no_one says:

This is another poor tree beeing infested from its roots.

  15. Owashii says:

    I know a tree who’s name is Zack, and he’s a lego-maniac!

  16. oldlegodad says:

My boy and I built something similar one year.

  17. Z says:

“Children, since you were behaving good this year, I promise there will be Legos under the christmas tree.”

  18. Maniac says:

O Kludgemas Tree! O Kludgemas Tree! Your stand is made of Legos!

  19. Cargirl says:

    Actually, it’s a Lego Hobbithole.

  20. Gabe says:

I dont see them getting any presents this year. I mean, I dont think Santa will think thats safe.

  21. rdg69 says:

I didnt know they made a Christmas tree stand lego set!!

  22. Dee says:

Ahhh, the effects of global warming. We’re now building our own Christmas trees to simply represent an extinct representation of Christmas. Maybe Santa will put some acid rain in our stockings!

  23. Anto says:

    OMG, a lego cyborg!
