Cleatus always dreames of being a landlord. And with the addition of this room for rent complete with a fireplace, his dreams became reality.
New laundry room?
This project had low overhead.
And now there are shingles missing from the driveway too.
This is the shingle worst roof installation I have seen.
Exposed insulation? Shingles left un-trimmed? No siding? I’d hate to see what the inside looks like…
It’s actually pretty! FInished with aspenite sheating and sealed with construction tape!

Well, they used aluminum tape to hold the cap on, so what can I say? A+

These people really are sloppy. Sheesh, they didn’t even take off the bar code tag on the cap.
Once again, the dream of building an addition for a family room were thwarted by the close proximity of the neighbor’s property line.
The neighbor is their cousin and their brother – should get the green light.
I can just imagine that chimney withdrawing itself from the roof and karate-kicking its way through the side of the house, ready to beat up the douchebag with the spray paint.
