Sorta what I was thinking…

Do your business, wash your hands with the plug in the sink drain and then pull it out when you’re done to get something approximating a “grey water” flush effect. Conservationally effective and still fairly hygenic. So long as you don’t piss/crap on the pipe that is. Might wanna reroute that so it goes into the old flush pipe rather than directly into the bowl…

I like the fact that they still installed a U bend in the sink outflow. The purpose of this is to stop foul gas coming up from the sewer through the plug hole and making your bathroom stink (and potentially gas you with hydrogen sulphide)…. totally pointless in this case as it doesn’t connect to a sewer, and it looks like it’ll probably stink in there anyway.
