That bulge that sticks out is where the control panel is. And yes, it’s hydrostatic drive. The reason there’s no bulge on the other side is because it’s a joystick drive – there’s just one lever to run the hydrostats.

If anyone’s interested, the brand is Country Clipper (My Dad and I sell them in Michigan) and no, there is no official cab for them. Feel sorry for that poor mower, it’s the very smallest model (JaZee One) that they make, and that “cab” puts it WAY over the weight limit.

Also, did anyone notice the non-standard hitch extension?
