This guy is retarded. As one who has been plowing snow for years with my garden tractor, you need chains, and wheel weights, firs of all. Also, you can get a good plow for that tractor for around $350. That rig won't last, and won't work well. You need an angled plow. Pushing it straight won't go very far in more than a couple inches of snow. That rig might hurt you, won't do a good job, and will probably damage your nice tractor. He's got a top notch tractor with a redneck plow. WTF?

They actually make real snow plow attachments that mount to the mower deck brackets when the deck is removed. I guess the toss up is the cost of the real blade, vs. a trip to the dentist when he hits something hard and frozen with the blade.

I say almost nil on the teeth breaking risk. Looks like one bolt through the rear portion so it cam pivot foward and make getting on and off easier. It's nearly vertical so it wouldn't take much effort to hold in that position. The tractor without chains or weights isn't going to get up much speed and it looks like it's leaving a little snow on the drive yet so I'm guessing skids on the bottom edge to reduce blade friction on the ground.
A one handle on the side set up might be nice but this way left and right handed drivers can both use it.
Making it out of wood prevents your hand or tongue from freezing to it as well.
I give it a thumbs up!
