I laugh, not because I’m converting the TV in our living room to an Aquarium.

Wrong. It’s HTTP 403 or “Access Denied” because it’s a cage.

Secondly, HTTP 404 means “File not found” which means that you can only say “HTTP 404″ if you lost your parrot out of the window.

It’s definitely too small for a lovebird, if he spent all day in there, but I homeschool my kids, so he’s out with me all day. As for metals, the inside is completely stripped, it’s just the plastic shell. He only looks so forlorn because he couldn’t figure out why I’d put him in his cage.
