Actually, it’s not that bad. I’m no where near close to a horse’s weight and size and I could probably pull that. It’s very easy to pull large weights over a level surface if they’re on wheels.

People can push a several ton car on flat pavement! that rig is no trouble for trained driving animals to pull, people have to roll that thing around on there own after it is unhithed. I drive horses and all the differnt ones even the big coaches are moved by 2 to4 people, before the horses are hitched and after horses are unhitched. Usually horses are harnessed , led to driving area, cart is waiting and horse stands still and driver rolls cart up to horse and hitches, then off ya go! After ya unhook put horse away go roll cart back to parking spot. I put cart around too!

They’re not carrying it. They’re pulling it. And they look fine. What is animal abuse, if anything, is allowing horses to share the streets with cars. They frequently get hit and killed. But I’m not an expert on the matter.
