I have to admit that I’ve had to improvise by using a hose with garden sprayer/nozzle in the bath tub too. It was better than using the phone booth size shower in the camper we were living in at the time while we were building our house from scratch. Only had to live like that for one summer.
The real purpose of this is the fact that the cold water faucet is broken, they must bring in the cold water from outside!
Is this some kind of evil petrol shower from Hell? looks like it could be.
Forget the zip tie, the second needs to stay removable so that you can spray those hard to reach areas. This gave me a great idea for an upgrade on my shower.

Maybe the shower only has hot water and the hose is for cold water.
Time for a homemade mixer. I’ll get the scrap brass tubing.

I can see many of you have never worked a garden hose before, or at least not paid attention when you did. You don’t need a zip tie or duct tape to hold the handle down. There’s a knob to adjust the spray, and a little metal piece that can be flipped down to hold the trigger in the on position.
I’ll take it as a leap of faith that we’ve all mastered the complexity of the adjustable garden hose spray head, what with the challenging “shower” setting and the ever elusive “jet” spray cunundrum, but I believe the issue here is wtf is it doing in the bathroom shower?

so how do you use it? do you hold the nozzle to shower? maybe need a pull chain so the trigger can be pulled down for usability, lol
Hi, I published this photo and did not feel like leaving an explanation at the time. After reading the comments I thought I would explain. I am remodeling a hunting cabin. I was working on the shower and did not complete the plumbing by the end of the night. Rather than showering outside in the hose. I brought the hose inside. Safer for the animals that way!
