Copy & paste this:

I wooden know what number it is still.
You can’t cedar number? Unbe-leaf-able… It’s right there! Elm lookin’ right at it!
*groooooooooooan*
You guys are punny. (Ok really, I’m impressed and you are both awesome)
Sorry, my puns have been a bit hard lately.
Should probably trim down on them, but it’s just real hard for me to cut down.
Great. I’ve been pine-ing for some good puns for a while now. Yew guys made my day.
Hey, leaf him alone.
Puns? I’m ashamed.
the number is Eight-One-Tree
WIN!
Where’s the mailbox?! They could have put it in there somewhere!
I wish I had run into this in my days of paper boy. Great target.
Wooden that have hurt real bad though?
So my boss asked me how his finances for the new house was going, I didn’t have the heart to tell him that he it was not going all according to plan so I just told him that the numbers stacked up well.
This guy knows nothing about using a level, eh?
Natural trees don’t grow exactly straight, y’know.
This is awesome. I kinda want one at my house.
Start with an acorn… water generously for about 100 years…
Made by the same guy I see at fairs doing those chainsaw bears.
Shouldn’t the chainsaw equipped bears be able to defend themselves against a guy with the poor skill to make a lopsided set of numbers?
They have stiff thumbs.
Art is a kludge now?
No, kludges are art.
Haven’t you ever been to E-bay? You can sell anything to any idiot.
btw, this is fantastic.
I like it, it’s art, but you’re right, he shoulda incorporated a mailbox somehow.
There should have to be one of these on every block! I hate looking for a house and none of the addresses are apparent.
If I ever have to cut down a tree I want to carve the trunk into a trio of hungry beavers that look like they just felled it.
awesome
Could be worse, a lady in my aunt’s neighborhood carved the dead tree in her front yard to look like her iguana.
Now he doesn’t have to remove the stump, cuz it’s art?
My HOA would be sending a letter…
Too bad they’ll never be able to figure out the addre… Oh…
Many PBRs went into this design
“Oh crap! I meant 823!”
Win
Say what you want, As an ambulance driver I would cream my pants if I saw this because it’s so easy to see especially at 4 in the morning.
It’s amazing how few houses properly display their #, ie you can actually read it at nighttime.
An Epic kludge, if there can actually be such a thing.
the UFO`s will understand! ZZzzzzuuuuiiipp 8)
I’d just like to see the mailman DELIVER MY MAIL now. Instead of going on effing strike.
A mail box possibly could be wedged into the bottom of the three, but it may not be close enough to the curb. It looks really cool, but if they didn’t cut the numbers level, how should they be expected to measure (or know) the distance from the curb to the mail box door?
Place it on top of the 8 – give the postman some exercise when he gets there.
It’a Green repurposing at it’s finest. Now about all those chain saw fumes.
Yet one more obstacle to avoid when driving drunk trough the neigbourhood…
Saved the money on painting the numbers on the curb.
Unfortuanly the next week the city decided to readdress all the houses to allow for more numbers by adding 2 numbers to each address!
Is it just me, or does that look like a first attempt laying on the ground at left?
“It was at that point that Frnak, who had lived at 831 Elm Street since he was a child, decided to do something about his inherited dyslexia.”
Epic Win!
Hey, that’s my house over there. You all really hurt my feelings. I worked so hard on that thing.
‘Wooden’ you just know!
Needs preservation! It’s actually a piece of modern art.
Whether the mailman can see it or not is irrelevant now, considering there’s NO MAILBOX.
I wonder if it’s that thing on the left…
This is actually really, really cool. I’ve got an old stump taking up space in my front yard, and if you carve the numbers from a separate piece of wood (say, a 2×4 or two) and nail it to the stump, it’s a fairly easy project.
so this is 318 tree avenue, i thought we’d never find it!!
I just got a new chainsaw and was wondering if anyone had any tips for me. What is recommended to do for maintenance? How do I sharpen the chain? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
As a pizza delivery driver I must say that this would be very helpful.
oh… your address is actually 823!
Just imagine how pissed he was when the city re-zoned and changed the street from Oak St. to Granite Dr….now he has to refine his chisel skills.
or get stoned
