    as a kid, i put a steering wheel salvaged from a ’53 mercury onto my English 3-speed… it was great until i hit a curb once, and nearly gelded myself… having the wheel inches from your front is a level of safety risk that even weenies who wear helmets shouldn’t do.

      Looks like that there BMW accessory might be equipped with an air bag, though as far as I know only Jeeps used the mechanical self-contained version a couple of years

    In the US, this may be the economy model, but in third-world countries this is the peak of luxury! It even has a license plate to make it “street” legal!

      It also reminded me of Croatia. I think I saw the same bike, or a very similar one in Cres (Croatia), if I’m not mistaken.
