One assumes the tires are solid rubber? If they are then what a great fix!
I would have just put duct tape on it
Boy he nailed that fix and no duct tape was involved.
At least he didn’t screw it up.
Too bad grass doesn’t grow on icy terrain. This thing would rock!
It’s just a bit tacky.
Yup, duct tape with the sticky side up
damn – i just realized that this is a lawnmower
Yeah…me too. At least the soil gets aerated.
This is why you should tread carefully through grass.
Looks like Jigsaw’s wheelbarrow grew up
or, the first time cutting the grass after having a new roof put on.
Maybe he was annoyed that his lil’ son always took the lawnmower for downhill drifts…
’tis not just a fix, but an improvement! It’ll now aerate the lawn while mowing.
Kludge may cause loss of tire pressure, and/or mild foot pain to bystanders. Please consult your local fixer before use.
One of the nails has remnants of twine on it. One can only imagine what that rig was used for…
It’s the wheelbarrows big brother.
This would actually be his little brother…
That lawnmower should be retired.
Hey… I was thinking of doing that with an old push mower…
And what a beautiful lawn he’ll be mowing with that device…
This is why you should never leave your house without some fix-a-flat. Besides, it aint broke, it just lacks duct tape.
I did that on a self propelled a few years back.
Actually he did screw it up. Those are screws not nails.
The term “Eat my dust!” takes on a whole new meaning. Only involving clumps of mud and grass!
Wow, I actually did this. As a teenager responsible for mowing a fairly steep lawn. Note I didn’t care if in the course of mowing a destroyed the lawn, in fact that was a bonus.
“Buckle up! It’s Gonna be a BUMPY RIDE!”
The one nail with the twine looks to be pushed in all the way…. could it be that the lawn mower has a “flat?”
And he wondered why the tire was always flat.
those aren’t nails. lol the philips head slots are just filled with dirt. i thought they were nails too and i was thinking about what would happen when one of them loosens up, gets mowed, and becomes a projectile.
