This would have kept my roommate out of jail in college. The cops kept telling him “This is just a courtesy stop to let you know there is no light on your tag” over and over again.. Until they finally did him the courtesy of taking him to jail..

Where’s the second photo of the extendo arm. This is a cordless battery operated flashlight. I’d love to see this driver try to turn that light on.

one small step: you duct tape and/or zip-tie (reinforcement: good in humid, non-tape-friendly climate like where I grew up) a whacked-apart coffee can for a reflecter on the side of the firefly jar away from the plate… unless you’re these guys, in which case you scotch tape it to block the light form shining on the plate.

It is a Buick. You have to practically disassemble the entire rear end of the car just to change the frick’in license plate light.
