It’s not amphibious. They just took the upper half of a van and mounted it on top of a boat. Not a bad idea; it’s good for all-weather boating.
the front doors look a little tight…but the sliding one will work if u don’t mind climbing over the middle console… this is one of the best i’ve seen

Umm, just a guess, but I bet it’s that outboard motor sticking out the rear end. So I assume it runs like any other boat. It just has some van shaped sheet metal on top. I worry about some basic engineering and stability and I wouldn’t invite any business relations for a day on the lake. But I can see me building this for fun 10 years ago.
At least when you end up living in a van down by the river, you can do it in class!
