I tried this today, opened up all my mail and it was all blurry and destorted. Wasn’t a good idea after all.

Why is it assumed it’s a mail slot? I’ve seen hot tubs, which had similar wood paneling, with CD players or radios mounted the same way on the side. Maybe this is something similar?
