Great idea, and I’d like to see it implemented everywhere. I don’t know why but I just think it’d be cool to see construction sites lined with red chairs.
@Paddy
Since its the same shade of red as the truck was, I’m guessing the Isuzu re-incarnated as this chair… which is why its on the parking lot, its experiencing a past life regression.
First.
It’s actually the red light on a traffic light.
Not a cone.
I’d like to see the aftermath of someone plowing through that (people tend to speed through parking lots for fun).

It’s actually a great idea so that the workers have a chair to sit on during break.
Great idea. Then highway workers wouldn’t have to “stand around on the job” anymore.
And I the only one wondering what sort of problem the dining room table set is hiding …
Orange cone, crimson chair,
Pretty pothole is pretty bare
And I don’t like what you’ve got me driving on…
@JJ nope, i wondered that myself, actually, haha :p too funny.
“‘CHAIR’MEN AT WORK”
Are you sure its not merely a halfway stop for people who can’t walk the distance between the car and the benches?
What happened to Isuzu?
Is that in cleveland by jacobs field?
I find the titles funnier than the pics so often. Lol! Awesome site.

I don’t know about its symbolic meaning, but the chair is certainly more confortable than the cone.
OMG! I’ve seen that. Except that instead of a red chair the store had spray painted a broken shopping buggy red.
What if the VLC media player got a red chair as a logo? The world as we know it would perish! So, this picture is just a reality FAIL.
Ey! Where is the traffic agent?
Reminds me of Tremors. Sit on the chair at your own risk – you just might end up as some worm’s lunch.
for all your parking needs, turn left at the red chair roundabout.
now maybe if grandma was sitting there it would really deter people.
maybe the chair is just THAT powerful
Orange Cone, Red Chair. Same Thing …. Not quite. You can’t sit on an orange cone (at least not comfortably).
Red chair is ostracized by wooden patio furniture and car seats as being too impermanent, and is made to sit on the dirty spot as punishment.
