Sometimes when “Out of Order” is shown, people are interessted in. So sometimes such things are necessary.
Yea, it’s all fine and dandy until someone is determined enough to poke a hole in the box and just pee in it that way.

I actually had to do this as well before. Guys just don’t pay attention. They pee anywhere they want.
What they should actually do to these broken facilities is; FIX THEM.
Whenever you see this crap most likely it’s not a “new” problem and their cheapness is just showing through. So I say if you see this kind of thing it’s a license to pee any and everywhere you wish…LOL

Oh my goodness. This reminds me of when I was a resident assistant in college! If a urinal was out of order, and a sign was put up, the boys would just pee on the sign. So, every time the urinal would over flow (and I was always on duty when that happened), we’d have to completely cover the urinal with trash bags, duct tape, and then a sign to keep the residents from trying to use the broken urinal. I still wonder how some of those kids got into college!
It’s not just *a* Wal-Mart. This is a picture taken at MY Wal-Mart, the one I work at, and had to walk past this urinal every day for several weeks. (The valve had been broken for months, but is now fixed.)
Aficionados of this site will also note the previous fix — the metal plate covering up, kind of, the old sensor which was wall-mounted.
so this reminds me of a time i duct taped this door shut… people still tried to walk through… so i put more on … but then they were actors so…
Isn’t that the very reason they put it there? … to stop you from leaking there?
