    1. Its most likely a storm fix done for temp power..
    2. All thats doing is keeping the pole from swinging around freely, the wires hold that shit in the air

    I was laughing at the monent when I saw this. He he! Only someone as stupid as a box of wigs would use caution tape! Why don’t yo try something better like super glue and duct tape.
